We have a 30-day satisfaction policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement if the product received does not meet your expectations.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the returned items are not in the same condition that you received it, we reserve the right to cancel the replacement.

If your replacement request is accepted, the replacement item will be mailed within 24 to 48 business hours with standard shipping times. Replacement items are based on our available inventory and are subject to change. We reserve the right to deny any replacement requests at our sole discretion.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us to initiate a replacement. Once that replacement is accepted, we process your request.
If a refund is required, we will review for approval for the request. If accepted, we will send you a gift certificate in the amount that was originally paid. In certain circumstances, we will offer a refund to the original payment method. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
